The Russians like to terrorize peaceful Ukrainian cities with precision-guided aerial bombs - what we call KABs. But the Ukrainian army is learning to defend itself against these weapons, and even has the technology to “land” such a bomb without detonation.
It was from such an unexploded bomb that Sprava Hromadas received a souvenir - actually, a UMPC (Universal Planning and Correction Module) device, which allows the bomb to fly and correct its trajectory. We sawed this deadly toy into pieces and made it into a souvenir to give to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
After all, this is exactly the case when what doesn't kill us makes us stronger.
